Blue Star Aviation Ministries (BSAM) is a Christian non-profit integrated auxiliary of KCS

Ministries, created with the sole purpose to provide scholarships for passionate and

promising underprivileged youth who are eager to enter the career of aviation.

OUR MISSION

Blue Star Aviation Ministries (BSAM) through Christ's love, power and generous donors provides Alabama's at risk youth with scholarships to flight training empowering them with a promising career in aviation.

OUR FOCUS

Transforming the lives of qualified youth and young adults in the community ages 14-23 by blessing them with scholarships for educational opportunities and all necessary training to earn their pilots license, become instrument rated and also become certified flight instructors.

OUR NEED

  • Generosity towards the down payment for the aircraft (approximately $62,000)

​

  • Ongoing support towards student scholarships (approximately $3,000 - $6,000 per month per student based on part-time or full-time status.)
